INTERNET: high-tech buildings and robotic, AI and autonomous variants (except energy) need internet; if coverage is low, production slows.

ENERGY & WATER are instant products. Solar is ×2 in summer and ×0.5 in winter, while wind is strong in winter. Geothermal can only be built in countries with the potential.
